ZT3400 Hydro Gear problems. I have a 2013 Dixie Chopper Magnum 2250 with a 24 HP Kawasaki engine. It has 439 hours on it. It uses dual ZT3400 Hydro Gear pumps. I have serviced this unit regularly, and it is well maintained. The Hydro Gear oil was changed at 96 hours and was due again at 500 hours. If I really did it, I'd get 2800s - I know. But the Raptor would cut this in 20 minutes giving me less than 20 hours / year on the thing.
