Tbh I did not like the 300 pg document at all. A lot of psych terms are just fancy words for stuff that is common sense. I felt the 300 pg document was bloated with too much fluff and images that didn’t help. I liked the 86 pg doc because it just got straight to the point. Doing uearth was much more useful than reading an extra 214 pages

KA in general though is not enough for P/S because the exam is known to have research analysis and lower yield terms popping up. I would suggest getting OpenStax (free and recommended by AAMC) Psychology and Sociology and having those read out loud. It doesn't take too long on 4-7x.

This is apparently really common on this sub, which is a large part of why I now recommend the 80-page doc over the 300-page one, and Anki decks above both. TPR really offers a solid foundation if you like to learn things by reading through a textbook, although it doesn't come close to that of what the 300 page KA notes offers you. The 300 page doc is better because the P/S stuff chosen by AAMC is rather arbitrary and isn't necessarily what you'd expect to find, but that's what they've deemed fair game. I'm studying for P/S using the 300 pg doc too. What I've been doing is first, watch a few KA videos on a particular topic and read the associative section of the doc. Next, I make Anki cards that summarize the main idea of the videos and any terms or phrases I should memorize. Finally, I practice the Anki flashcards!
